Steelhead Traveler

Will someone please post link to article about Oregon steelhead that traveled 7,700 miles.  Was stocked in 2005 as a 2.9 inch steelie tagged.  Not sure how to get link to show up.

    I doubt the steelhead swam that far lol they even admitted that it prolly was from the birds mirgations. but even that is a long distance.

    Kyler you would be surprised jusy how far steelhead run they are amazing creatures, i know for a fact they run to the snake river in idaho like it is no problem if they survive the rigors of spawning that is around a 1000 mile trip on the kamatchka penninsula in russia some run even further i have loads of salmon steelhead books from my fisheries biologist days in school be glad to lend them to you or just purchase them from amazon.com salmonid life histories 1960 groot/margolis is a classic book about everything you can know of these fine gamefish or just ask me lol
