the truth

been fishing erie for some time. i love it. i can catch fish when  noone can help people out and am not a erie man that's live there. i make a trip over 200miles to get there. the fun startes when i have a new guy on the creek and help him out . i don't like steelhead as food there bad. but some people where i live like them so i bring some back. i make 15 t0 20 trips a year there. yes it cost me  money and i am on a fixed in come . you neaver keep me away for the tribs. i like to die there . i have fun with people and talk and had some grat times there, yes ther are some bad guys up there i seen it all; but the dreams which we have will come true so am going close this thread with a word from wisdom  JUST DREAM ON there be there see you all soon

    I feel the same way. Its more than a 200 hundred mile drive but I love going to Erie, and not just for the Steelhead. I fish from the shore in Presque Isle, I ride the bike path, explore the streams. I've met a lot of great people up there, both local and out of towners.  As soon as I can get away for a day or more I'll be up there again.
