NEW KORKERS

I got my new korkers yesterday they are the guide boot with the boa lace system, instead of laces there is a stainless steel wire with a ratchet type mechanism to tighten them, this lace system is great it actually works better than regular laces, my feet hav never felt so snug in a wading boot, i am so excited I just wanted everyone to know about them WOO HOO!!!!!!

    who makes them and where did you get them, thinkin of replaceing my felt bottoms with some teeth

    skip  according to the picture, those are the 1st generation model.  i bought a pair and had trouble with them.  since i've got the generation 2 pair, i complained to korkers and they gave them to me for 1/2 cost.

    iluvsteel  - are these with the convertable soles and what's up with this lacing system? do you have a link to a pic?

    They do have convertable soles this link will take to the guide boot it explains the lace system http://korkers.com/product.php?recKey=38    I ordered them directly from korkers customer service was great I recieved them one week from the date of purchase
