Has anyone ever stayed in the cabins at Elk Creek Campground? I was interested in the ones that sleep 6. Are they nice? Thanks for anyones opinion.

I stayed there last weekend. It's 6 bunks a table, and a refrigerator. Smells a little bit like my farts now, sorry about that. Would I stay there again? 50/50.

camped there many times. never stayed in the cabins but been in them. not bad seen better seen worse, but uncle john is a hell of a nice guy. i been camping there for vacation the last couple years. we always tend to stay for a week, but susally stay an extra day or 2. they get my #1 vote.

I read in the past that the bathrooms were pretty dirty. Does he not maintain them properly or too many pigs?

You want sanitary bathrooms ? Head up to Bert Dam parking lot....looks like abstract art, people can be pathetic. Not one of those johns is fit to even look at after about 9am...Hogs.Ignorant pathetic hogs.

Anythings better than the Elk Creek Lodge!!!!!

This what was out side of our door on the carpet!!!!
But what can you expect for 20 a night....
