Went to a few of the East Side creeks last night and sorry to say that the only thing that has changed is the flow. The creeks are still clear with only a slight change in color and they have some flow. I mean that the wind will no longer take your float up stream and the current should take it down stream.

We need a good amount of rain to wash them out so the fish can make it past the mouth.

12 mile has a new opening at the mouth and has changed direction. Sure would be nice to see the mouth get dredged out like they used to.

With the warmer temp today we should see more improvements to the mile creeks today & tomorrow, with rain in the forecast over the weekend will make the east side much better than we have had all year. We had about 6-8 inches of snow. Only about 2" left on the ground now.

Minnows have been working pretty good lately. It has been very difficult fishing and the sad part is this: The fish are pretty much trapped in the holes. Not much sport in that or fun.

The leaves right now are the real problem with the mile creeks a good rain would certainly help every aspect of fishing.....
