I have spent some time in large DCs through out the US
that is no joke

If it's anything like the company I worked for, he still has a job. I had a working for me that knocked over a rack of glass at least once a week. I couldn't even get him tranferred to a "safer" job, let alone fired. My boss just kept telling me to "train" him better.

And NO it was NOT a union shop

I imagine the lawyers will be swarming to his defense. No worries for this gent he will be a millionaire soon. Lawyers will probably blame the shelving and amount of weight being held accountable for this accident and most likely win. Arent Lawyers swell?
