Creel with some of the fish he caught! I could not take pics of all the fish he landed as I was getting tired of moving over to him to take his pics. Mossy Oak, eat your heart out!

Here's is 3 of the 6 six trout he caught.

Here's is 3 of the many smallies he nailed.

Creel finally had to rest and was catching fish while resting!

Terribly terrific Creel!

Thats rough. I feel bad for that guy. It's terrible when fish won't leave you to a peacefull and quiet day on the water.

All on 'crawlers!

Now I caught a couple of browns on shiners! But Creel was too far away to take any pics.

DaGman,

Creel was using one of the smallest ultra light setups I have seen on the river....lol! It did the job and that is all that matters, but I can say that some of the fish he hauled in, well, it took him awhile.

Doug, the rod and reel is not the reason it took me so long, like MO would have said I am an old Dude.

Wise man.... picks his fishing spots where the sittin boulders are.

Hmmmm.... there was a debate whether the Trout down that far in the Yough survive the summer.  Guess that proves they do.

Puffy,

There are still alot of trout in the river, and some big ones too. Ask Creel, one big brown, when I say big, he was at least 22" if not bigger, came out of the water 3 times 10 foot from us.

Well the cooler nights should be lowering water temps a bit, so it looks like there will be some holdovers for next year.... at least this year anyways

I'm just hoping you two ladies don't use up all your geritol before the steel come in and it's time to actually do some real fishing.

It's good to see you two having fun.  I wonder why my ears were buzzin yesterday, lol.

HEY 71 That big rainbow is still swimmin too ! Saw him on Monday when the boy was hoisting a nice Catfish, crawler came off and BAM ! Finially got Bubba-jet wet  was that you across from bareass beach around 9ish ? I like to give the waders special consideration and not give em a wake.
I remember wading at Jacobs Creek and a boat went by when I was too deep with chest waders and it was a lesson learned in life .

Bubba,

If that looked like me, then if must have been me...lol.

I also know what you mean about waders and boats, 222 and I was lucky one day when we were fairly deep water and a couple of guys was out in the bass board with a jet motor, and they yelled up to us and asked to move over into shallower water, which of course we did, or we would have gotten soaked for sure.
