Rec. boaters are exempt. Nice to see something went in our way.

Or otherwise anyone who owned a boat recreational or charter would have had to get an $800 permit from the EPA for each boat. This is one last minute law I am happy that passed.

It's only a 2 year moratorium. We get to do this again in 2 years.
