Well it looks like the Commandos will be making a trip a couple of men down due to the financial crises, but I want to wish them all good luck.

TB, I hope Catching Chrome will wet his net for you...good luck and watch out for the lurkers at the Stop Sign Hole...

Oh, and get a blumkin at partners for me...

I'll have to wait until Dec. to hit the tribs...

This past Thursday and Friday saw a canoe and two yaks with fishermen in them. Two went to the lake and one stayed in the mud hole.

UK/Tippy,

Thanks for the positive words.   I saw them b4 i left and they inspired me to persist through the low, clear conditions.  I really had a blast, and I'm sure the others did as well.   We busted a lot of fish given conditions.  You just had to find the right area (flowing water).  Lots of solid fish though.  Will try to post some pix later.  and yes, I'll screen them for background content...:)

Good work TB!  Tippy gave me a quick run down tonight while I was driving home.  Sounds like it was a positive trip all around.  New place to stay sounds like a great find especially with the extra bonus across the street.  Sorry to hear that it hit you hard on the ride North!  Must have ben a hard day on the stream fighting through it.

Glad that all the Commandos made it back safe.  Can't wait for the trip at the end of the year.

It was good.  I think I just had a bad burger...:)

Surprisingly, once I arrived in NY and put my waders on - I felt much better!  I think it was the getting trapped in the vehicle with all of those BSers for 2 hours...

The trip would have been better if Tippee wouldn't have bagged. We should welcome Otter, the newest official member of the Chrome Commandos....

Exactly - welcome Otter.  Hopefully he shows up on the boards soon!

Otter is Tippy's replacement.  He is very punctual, abides by the Commandos creed, and provides services such as transportation and free golf...:)
