What kind are you talking? Big boats or small? Lund, Crestliner or you talking Penn Yan, Star Craft, Pro-Line?

Local paper, boat trader, craigs list and the for sale section on this website.
Post signs at grocery store, West Marine, Boat USA or marina.

boattrader.com

Don't forget to include Port Clinton in your search.  It might seem like a long way to go, but you can make a weekend out of boat shopping there.  The place is like a strip mall of boat dealers.

Agreed my wife's car was 6K under book.  My truck was $2500 cheaper than I could get it anywhere.  If you are willing to travel to pick up (My boat was at the end of Long Island NY  7hrs) there is not a better selection anywhere.
