I bought a boat ealier this year, 1987 Procraft 17" Bass boat.
It came with all the goodies,motor,cover fishfinders, etc. Well a couple months ago we got some heavy rain, and when it rains a lot the water pools up on the boat, needless to say my cover ripped in half. What I am wondering, do you guys know of anywhere aorund here that sells/repairs covers? This is the kind that has the snaps on it. Thanks for your help.

Conneautville canvas up near conneaut lake does amazing work for a very reasonable price.

I had a cover made by Tumacs once. The material was what they refer to as "aquaknot". I don't recommend that material because it doesn't breath. They install vent(s) on the cover, but IMO a cover should breath. The cover fit well though. Sunbrella is my favorite material, but not for a trailerable cover. I had a nice cover made for my 16 footer by Aspinwall marina. Wasn't cheap, but the fit was spectacular and the material was decent. Something called "Sharkskin" from what I recall. Has snaps, a drawcord and loops for bungies.
