Good news: The 528 overpass re-opened to traffic today.

Bad news : It is fair week beginning tonight ( 9 days ). Expect lots of traffic around the 528/422 area.

Another heads up. If you're in a bind for bait, the Pilot truck stop on 422 has bait ( crawlers at least. Didn't look to see if they maggots, or mealies ). Open 24 hrs.

Thanks for the update. I was considering checking out the fair, and was wondering if the overpass was open.

I can see/smell the Irony in that Ironhed....(no pun intended!) LOL Kenny! Honestly, I thought the transition from old (road) to new (road/bridge) and such, was smooth. And I should add quick! How much was the bonus for getting it done in time for the Fair?

Not sure if you all know but that's retired PSP Trooper Sandy Fischer (from Grove City) stuck in that cement. They changed the signs on her and in she went! She'll autograph any pics people bring to her!

I just milled the end joints on that job.
The guys(Zelie crew) that did the paving deserve the credit.
Not sure about the bonuses Smitty.

We just finished up Rt 279N this past Friday night. Starting the southbound side in a week or two.

This week in Rt228, Seven Fields area. Night shift sucks...
