This boat needs a transom, I have taken the transom apart and it's ready for new wood and fiberglass. I also removed the wood floor up to the hard top and it's ready for new wood. Mercruiser 5.0 that runs excellent, good outdrive, interior is in very nice condition. Engine, Outdrive and interior are removed for wood and fiberglass replacement. I will have the repairs done in the boat if someone doesn't purchase it before June 1st. as is. I have no trailer for the boat and all electronics, downriggers and rod holders will be removed unless purchased by buyer. $3000.00 B/O Wayne 412-603-0070
After repairs are complete and boat is back together I will have it for sale for $10,000.00 no trailer or $12,500.00 on a used trailer. If you are handy you can buy now, do the repairs and you will have a great fishing boat.

Cost breakdown of buying boat and repairing it

Boat:$3000.00
Transom and floor repair (do it yourself) $600.00 MAX
Engine and outdrive installation (Professional) $500.00
Stripe hull and new lettering $250.00
Used trailer $1500.00

Total boat cost $5850 repairing transom yourself plus electronics and equipment Boat Value $12,000.00 or more

Boat:$3000.00
Transom and Floor repair (Professional) $1500.00
Engine and outdrive installation (Professional) $500.00
Stripe hull and new lettering $250.00
Used trailer: $1500.00

Total boat cost $6750 with floor and transom professionally repaired Boat Value $12,000.00 or more

Boat only has 400 hours since new. Original owner installed trim tabs and transducers without silicone and caused transom to rot.

This boat is well worth repairing and has alot of fishing room for private use or charter.
