the middle pic....looks like the folks on the beginning of the Da Wall got shut out by the peeps in creek

The peeps in the creek in that pic....    "manchester mentality" at it's finest.

The dudes in the chairs need a nice LARGE HEAVY spoon to chuck that-a-way LOL

I've seen many a war started over guys in the water creeping down past the wall where guys are fishing from the wall.   Same thing always happens between the wading and shore fishermen at Trout Run.

The second picture is priceless.  I like Carpin05's idea.  If I was fishing from the wall and those guys stepped out in front of me, I would seriously think about slinging some spoons right past them.  Nothing like a Cleo whizzing past your ear to get your attention.  Off course a 00 treble hook full of PowerBait and an ounce of lead would probably have the same effect.

Time to get some guard rails and some of those little reflectors that light up red when you are going the wrong way, before someone gets hurt out there.

thats one of the things that stay consistant about fishing walnut(or trout run for that matter).ive actually seen (and had)line cut off by a guy who bumped into the line ,picked it up and cut it.. and he was met with at the beach for a discussion (friendly of course). when the fish are running, there seems to be no etiquit.the mentality is "get a spot where u can,and to heck with everyone else"...when that happens,i just move. good luck to all and be safe.

I was there friday afternoon and this little kid hooked into one that pushed 9-10lbs Well it almost took him to the lake and took alot of peoples lines with it. It was just something to see. We got him to turn his drag up and he ended up landing it though.

That was almost as good as the kid that dropped his stringer of 3 fish in the Manchester hole and they were swimming around on the stringer till myself and another guy snagged the stringer and got the hish back for him.

he's the "walnut weasel," you know the wild brown ferret that runs around and everybody feeds minnows to. you can see his tail in the one picture.

Cool.  He really puts on a show.  I watched him catch minnows last year.  Awesome little critter.  I suspect he was someone's pet because he is totally unafraid of people.  I watched him put his paws on a guys leg one time and beg for the goby the caught.

it's very cool. it came to the edge of the courtesy dock one day almost like it was asking for something to eat. we fed it pretzels. probably would have caught heck if somebody of authority would have seen, but that thing is hilarious. very well-adjusted to the outdoors.
