Can anyone verify if the "pig pen" by trout run is open again?

Thought I saw an excavator there a couple weeks ago. Not sure cause I was on the lake looking in!

I was up there in mid August and it was over half filled in. Would take alot to open the marina back up I would think.

I believe it's open. They have ads up on the fence now.

The signs read "Free Parking". I don't see how they could fill the marina, when they took a large section of the wall out. I believe it was required, to allow access along the beach in front of, and on the other side of the abandoned marina.
